The school dinning cum canteen is a great place to promote enjoyment and healthy eating. Although we promote homemade food more than processed and packed food material canteen plays a vital role in promoting healthy food and creating a school culture of healthy eating. For students who use the canteen regularly, the food purchased makes a significant contribution to their total food intake and nutrition; therefore it makes sense to ensure the best food possible is available to enhance their ability to learn and take in the information presented to them in class. For students who don’t use the canteen regularly, the canteen still plays an important educational and modeling role for healthy eating habits.

Laboratories:

We have well-equipped laboratories for imparting practical knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, English (ESL) and Mathematics.All the laboratories are well-stocked with sufficient chemicals, specimens and instruments so that every student gets the opportunity to carry out the experiments individually. Well-qualified and experienced teachers and laboratory in charges guide the students through a meticulously planned schedule of practical classes. Moreover, the safety of every child while handling the chemicals and instruments is duly taken care off.

Library

The school library is integral to the teaching and learning process. The school library facilitates the work of the classroom teacher and ensures each student has equitable access to resources, irrespective of home opportunities or constraints. While the role of the school library remains constant, its design, digital platform, strategies and tools change as pedagogy and technology changes.

Playground

The school playground is one of the most important places in our young students’ lives. From the time that children start preschool, all the way through the end of senior school, the playground is the main place where they spend breaks and recess. Our rich in green 12 acre’s campus is also equipped with a standard sports complex with lawn tennis court and basketball ground. We also posses indoor game courts and jungle gym.

The sports offered are swimming, lawn tennis, table tennis, basketball, football, cricket, roller skating, badminton, carom, chess, etc. The school employs professional coaches who have the expertise and passion. Children are trained and prepared for intra and inter school competitions and also on a district and state level.

The school provides ample opportunities for dance, music, drama, puppetry, drawing, painting and other kinds of crafts. This is to ensure the development of overall personality by encouraging skills, creative thinking, and communication skills, gross and fine motor skills.

Curriculum

Students learn all regular subjects through school. The school sees that all subjects are essentially interrelated and that the division of knowledge into subjects serves reasons of practicality. In learning each student must begin from where he or she is and not conform to a standard expectation; and it is for the teacher to nurture this growth in learning. All learning at school attempts to build the student’s understanding of the subject and its relation to life. The school understands that students learn in different ways and at different paces and adopts a variety of teaching-learning processes that allow students to approach learning with understanding. These processes are discussed among staff and reviewed and modified from time to time.
